Our greatest aspiration is to build a strong connection between Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, allowing Mainland compatriots to see, recognize, and support Hong Kong and Macau local small businesses and brands — to provide struggling Hong Kong and Macau micro-merchants with more exposure, additional revenue streams, and access to the Mainland market. Currently, the majority of Mainland networks can access FOAMMALL.COM normally.

However, due to the inherent volatility of cross-border network and regional internet regulations, the platform cannot give a 100% guarantee of permanent, stable access across all of Mainland China. There may be instances in the future where certain regions or time periods experience difficulty accessing the site from Mainland China.

We choose to be transparent — we do not make empty promises, we do not hide risks, and we do not wish to deceive the industry professionals who trust us. We do not want our merchants to have overly high expectations only to be disappointed.
